If your Company has screenshots enabled, macOS will ask for Screen Recording permission the first time a capture is attempted — this is required by macOS to take screenshots. Grant it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, then relaunch the app. Screenshots are taken only while you are clocked in.
Only while you are clocked in on work. Nothing is captured when you're clocked out or on a break. Clock out at any time to stop.
Yes. Everything is visible in your own account under Timesheets → My Screenshots and My Activity. You can also request deletion of your own screenshots.
No. Activity Mode records only counts of mouse/keyboard activity and the app you're using — never the content of what you type.
Your Company's administrator, from the Happy Tracker admin panel — including the interval, image quality, blur, and whether Activity Mode is on.
Use "Forgot password" on the web sign‑in page, or ask your administrator to resend your invite.
Quit Happy Tracker from the menu‑bar icon, then drag the app from your Applications folder to the Trash. You can revoke Screen Recording permission in System Settings.
