Every plan is priced per user, per year. Free for five people, and the paid plans start at less than the price of a coffee per person per month.
That is about Rs 42 a month. The rest of this category charges Rs 90 to Rs 600 per user per month. The difference is not a discount or an introductory rate — it is the price.
Priced per user, per year, in rupees. Nothing renews automatically and no card is charged without you choosing to pay again.
| Plan | Per user / year | Works out at | Users | Projects | Screenshots / activity kept |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | — | 5 | 3 | 3 days / 7 days |
| Starter | Rs 499 | Rs 42 | 30 | 10 | 7 days / 10 days |
| Pro | Rs 999 | Rs 83 | 100 | unlimited | 15 days / 15 days |
| Business | Rs 1,499 | Rs 125 | 500 | unlimited | 15 days / 30 days |
Screenshot frequency rises with the plan — up to one every ten minutes on Free, up to twelve per ten minutes on Business — and the administrator sets the actual rate, or turns screenshots off entirely.
Capacity, not a different product. More users, more projects, more frequent screenshots, a longer retention window, and a better support tier. Timesheet approvals, invoicing and the audit log are available on every plan, including Free.
The one feature that is genuinely plan-gated is screenshot blur, which needs Starter or above.
So the comparison is not ours to assert on our own:
| Where | Quoted price |
|---|---|
| Entry-level Indian tools | Rs 90 - 200 per user per month |
| Mid-range | Rs 300 - 600 per user per month |
| Monitoring-heavy tools | Rs 500 - 1,500 per user per month |
| HiveDesk, quoted publicly | $5 per user per month, about Rs 440 |
At Rs 499 a year, a team of ten costs Rs 4,990 for the year. The same ten people on a tool at Rs 300 per user per month cost Rs 36,000.
No card, no trial clock, no expiry. Five users and three projects, with time tracking, timesheets, approvals, attendance, leave and invoicing included. If you outgrow it you move up; if you do not, you stay. What the free plan includes.
Worth reading before you decide, because a page that only says yes is not worth trusting:
Create a workspace, invite up to five people, and see whether the hours make sense before paying anything. A small team is usually running in about twenty minutes.
